More opportunities to promote older workers

After a rise in media interest in older workers and in wise age there have been more opportunities to build partnerships which is very positive. Today i was able to make contact with Pro Age who work with larger companies to explain why retaining older workers is good for their business. So there is scope we hope to work together with wise age focusing on recruiting more more older and younger ( under 25) workers so companies can benefit in ,any ways from age diversity.

Plus we have now online a recording of my interview with BBC Radio Bristol
